Underdose is a 2D narrative survival game with management elements. The action is set in a bleak future, in which the player becomes a pharmacology specialist and uses his extensive knowledge to help those in need. At the same time, he tries to stay alive and get the last substance for the formula of a remedy that will cure him of a deadly disease.

The shortage of medicine leads to clashes and further divides society. People stand in long lines, hoping to get whatever medicine they can. If that fails, they have to find another solution. And this is where you appear.

Many different people will knock on your door. You decide who you will accept and treat. Will you recognize all the symptoms and risks? Will you have medicine left at the end of the day? It’s up to you.

Discover all the elements needed to treat patients. Pay attention to details and talk to patients just as carefully. Check patients charts to effectively cure them of their ailments. Form alliances with them, but also beware of those who want to take advantage of you. Manage your resources wisely and always think one step ahead.

Retro-future medical technology will help you better diagnose patient problems. Use its capabilities to scan patients, analyze data, communicate and uncover secrets. Use it to keep yourself alive.

Your decisions matter. You have to deduct and make difficult choices, each of which affects which path the main character will take and whether you will succeed in saving him.

The finale of the story depends entirely on you.
