Through the detailed portrayal of this historical context, users embark on an emotional virtual journey through time.

The film is narrated by six-year-old Basia, the daughter of Wiktoria and Józef Ulma, who shares her family’s heroic experiences from her innocent childhood perspective. She reflects on life in the village and the changes that transpired after the arrival of new residents. This intimate narration deepens the viewer's understanding of the heart-wrenching events that unfolded in Markowa during World War II.
