Megalithic cities punctuate the barren landscape.

Humanity forced into ever greater proximity, disparate factions endlessly battling for control.

Law replaced with chaos.

Shadow corps dictate life within the labyrinths, controlled by factions part of the cities fabric.

All civilization now has only one goal: Survival.

Scivics is a tactical deck building game, develop and play your strategy or use auto-mode.

Expand your influence across the city and collect 125+ cards.

Choose a Faction and build your Locations, gain Influence and expand across the city.

Attack your opponents to stifle their progress, steal their Influence and crush their reputation.

Each player will utilize supporting Personnel, versatile FX and crucial Development cards.

Increase your Influence and take over your opponents Locations.

The first player to Score 15 Influence wins the battle!

Choose from one of four factions to support your conquest.

Factions:

Club Cipher: The Hackers

Accessing systems across the city, Club Cipher has built quite the reputation.

With the Salvage and Grip Skills you can draw extra cards and stifle your opponent.

New Womens Nation: The Hunters

This highly trained sisterhood control the streets with their sharpshooting prowess.

Use the Vigor Skill to boost health or Vendetta to avenge a Personnels destruction.

Vassals Of Sitri: The Cultists

Their devotion to human suffering knows no limits, manipulating even the strongest of will.

Draw extra cards with the Source Skill or boost your attack power with Vicious.

Sewer Slime Squad: The Infected

Slithering in to the light, infected with a deadly contagion, we simply cannot co-exist.

Use the Energy Skill to move first and conserve your basic forces by utilizing Recycle.

Card Types:

Location

At the beginning of each battle both players will receive four new Locations.

Once per turn each player will receive one Influence token to be placed on any of their Locations.

Once a Locations Current Influence reaches the Total that player will bank those Influence tokens and deduct them from their Score.

Attacking a Location with Influence, one Influence will be stolen or it will be destroyed.

Personnel

On your turn play any Level 1 Personnel for free.

Move your Personnel towards the opponents Locations to steal Influence or destroy them.

When in battle, a cards Attack stat is deducted from the opponents Condition simultaneously.

A card with Movement tokens can be upgraded by one Level with a card from your hand.

All the upgrade cards stats will be added.

Personnel FX

Play Personnel FX on your turn on any Personnel in play that meet the Required Level.

Some Personnel FX will boost a cards stats while others can be used to arm your opponents.

Personnel FX are single-use and will go immediately to the Discard pile once used.

Development

Play Developments on your turn on any of your Locations that meet the Required Influence.

The Influence Cost will be deducted from that Locations Current Influence.

Developments stay in play on your Locations until that Location is destroyed.

Location FX

Play Location FX on your turn on any of your Locations that meet the Required Influence.

The Influence Cost will be deducted from that Locations Current Influence.

Location FX have a wide range of powerful effects.

Location FX are single-use and will go immediately to the Discard pile once used.
