You also get clay tile roof, wood plank roof, metal, three types of shingles, and 10 types of walkable roofs. All have dirty, rough edges to blend in with the decayed environment.
Shingle and metal roofs include shadow side tiles. Also includes peaked roof tiles you can overlay to bring a lot more variety to your roofing.
