This album maps the journey of our characters in the game, from dangerous engagements with The Archon, to the immersive atmospheres of various stars, planets and other celestial events, to the meeting of powerful aliens and mystical entities along the way.
The music for Out There: Oceans of Time began in August 2019, with the teaser trailer. The soundtrack was mostly created through lots of jam sessions using analog and digital synthesizers to create an organic, immersive experience.
At times you may also hear the subtle sounds of rainsticks, singing bowls, spolum drum and stone. However, aside from the hardware & software synthesizers and other recorded instruments, I had the pleasure of including live performances of vocals by Viktorija Kukule and Lara Ausensi and cello by Sophie Snow.
Total playtime: 4 hours 31 minutes
