The Mice Kingdom is under attack! In Of Mice and Dice you must protect the kingdom until help arrives. You recruit troop cards, buy artifacts, use dice to attack and draw adventure cards that change the course of the story.
Each day you have a limited number of actions you can perform. Each action advances the clock by an hour. After a certain amount of hours you need to rest and start a new day.
When a new day begins, you are able to choose a new card to add to your deck. It can be a troop card or an artifact.
Troop cards are used to attack enemies in camps. Some are melee while others are ranged. Every troop card has a condition to be used, you must roll the correct symbols in order to attack.
Artifacts are special cards that will aid you in battle. You might get a free reroll or maybe an extra hour in the day to perform more actions.
Dice can be rolled and used to make your troop cards attack or can be discarded to buy new cards or artifacts. It’s up to you how you manage them.
Every new day you draw an adventure card. Sometimes they are good, sometimes bad. They can aid you somehow or bring more enemies to the table.
Every run is unique. With a few exceptions, most cards are randomly drawn. The cards that are given to you to choose from and the adventure cards you draw when starting a new day, they aren’t always the same.
