As the only survivor of the special rescue team, you have to explore an abandoned military research station. Visit various dark locations, meet other characters involved in the intrigue, find clues that will help you solve vaious puzzles and most importantly - survive.

Many of your choices will have the impact on later events. It is only up to you which path you will choose and how the game will end. If you don't feel strong enough to face a powerful boss, you can try to avoid him or just run away. However, it is possible that you will meet him again in more or less desirable conditions.

After every fight sit down for a moment, refill ammunition and be ready (rummage in the backpack does not pause the game and your pouches have a limited capacity for 'ready to use' items). You never know when your enemies will attack. There is nothing worse than an empty magazine and a freak of nature pressing you to the ground with its teeth, right?

Upgrade your character by increasing his damage endurance and backpack capacity. As you progress through the game, you will be able to craft advanced items and build new weapons that will make your journey easier.

You will find many different vehicles on your way. Some of them will be ready to go. To activate others you will have to move your head. Thanks to them you will be able to reach previously unattainable places or turn to dust anyone who stands in your way. Believe me, it won't be a walk in the park.
