Originally released in 1985, this puzzley action game for home microcomputers from British developers Gremlin Graphics saw players take on the role of Gilbert 'Grumpy' Gumphrey, veteran store detective. Now, relive those days in this remastered emulated version. Included are the ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC versions.

Gameplay

Gumphrey has a number of different timed tasks to perform, from rescuing children, to shooting ducks, to putting out fires, to getting the boss a nice hot cup of tea! You will need to manage your time carefully - failure to perform any of the tasks could lead to Gumphrey getting the sack!


This enhanced version introduces a number of modern features to this retro classic, including:
