Adult-only DLC removes censorship in the game. Nudity appears. There are various sex toys like rockets, penis-saws, penis-spikes. Dialogues are becoming tougher (drugs, rough sex, sexual harassment, hints of various BDSM practices.), new options appear and one ending that had to be cut in the regular version. Also, instead of shooting at the shooting range when choosing the appropriate remark in the dialogue with the girl, your reprimand will go to have sex with her.
