Hi everyone!
The Woodfel 1.0 update is now live! This update will bring an end to our time in Steam Early Access and takes the game into full release.
This huge update brings an all-new quest system to the game, allowing you to experience the story of Woodfel as you help different NPC's and factions, and earn quest rewards for your efforts!
There is now also a completely revamped tutorial and help system, which should give players a better introduction to the features of the game, such as combat, crafting, and the different ways to build things!
I hope you all enjoy the update!
Major New Features:
- NPC’s, Quest System & Storyline - Several NPC’s (Non-player characters) can now be found in Woodfel. These NPC’s will offer quests (if they have an exclamation mark over their head) which will take you through the tutorial and on to the main questline. The main story quest will introduce you to the major factions and have you investigate some strange goings on in the land of Woodfel!
- New tutorial & Help System - There is now a slightly more hand-holding tutorial to help players get acquainted with the game and controls. A more informative help section has also been added to the escape menu.
- Creature Gang Events - Several new events added which can be completed by defeating the specified group of creatures in the target area. A reward chest will appear after the last creature has been defeated.
