When is the update? FAQ and First Looks into the Update

Hello everyone, We are getting a lot of questions regarding the next update, so we wanted to answer some frequently asked questions and give you some sneak peeks from the upcoming update. First, let's start with questions, and at the end there will be sneak peeks about the update!

When is the next update? Is the game abandoned?
No, the game is not abandoned. Right now, we are working on the 0.3.0 update. December was spent resting and company work (as we're newly founded, there was tons of legal work to do) after the Early Access release. Some of this work was postponed to January, and to add, there are new additions to our development team, which required more time to get to know each other, orientate, and get used to working as a team. As we're all good about these now, we've already made a lot of progress developing the update. And to answer that ultimate question, we will release the update when we think it is ready. We want to give you as smooth and an enjoyable experience as possible. You can follow the developments on the Roadmap until then. You can find the Roadmap here:
Roadmap

Will there be customization of the restaurant table-chair designs?
Yes, not in the upcoming update, but we are planning to work on it in the next update.

Will there be new AI's? What are your thoughts on them?
At first, we never thought/planned AI workers for the game. After the Demo/Prologue, we managed to put in some AI's for the release at the last minute due to the intense demand of our players. We're planning to add a few more AI's that will reduce the workload of solo players in the future (although these AI's will not handle everything). However, the restaurant business will never be fully automated. You can follow these on the Roadmap.

Full Controller Support, Releasing on Consoles and Crossplay
Right now, Full Controller Support is in our Roadmap; if we can integrate that into the game smoothly, we will put Consoles and Cross-platform support on our agenda.

You made a lot of money; why haven't you changed the AI arts yet?
We're getting a lot of complaints from players about AI Steam assets. Yes, this was done in the first place because of financial impossibility; we are also uncomfortable with them and want to change. We want our game to have its own unique assets. Don't worry, that's still on our list; unfortunately, our current earnings have not reached the company yet (because of the way Steam handles things). Once we receive, we will renew all our AI art. We don't want them to be worse than the current ones, and we want to get better ones by paying the artists well.

It's time for the sneak peeks!
Here is a Refilling Soda Machine, which works using soda syrups and needs you to refill it when it runs out! No more endless drinks; time to work, chop chop! We also went under redesigning some UI's to increase user experience and to make the market and computer UI's look more beautiful. Everyone pays attention to their looks, right? Thank you for your understanding and patience. Until then, see you soon! Curious what's more to come?
