[b]Aztecs: The Last Sun made it into the top 50 most-played demos during the last Steam Next Fest![/b] Having access to some data, we were certain that we did well, but we got the news yesterday and got amazed. The big reason why it exceeded our expectations was because Aztecs: The Last Sun is a brand-new IP. While we have experienced devs and artists in our team, a city-building game is the first for Play2Chill. We’re proud of this achievement, but still, it’s only a pleasant surprise - nothing more, nothing less. There’s still a long way to go in terms of development, playtesting and all that other jazz that’s sorta boring but needs to be done if we’re to deliver an outstanding game. Still, we're on a good track if so many people enjoyed the demo. [b]We wouldn’t be writing this post and cheering if it wasn’t for you, our dear players[/b]. All the time you’ve spent playing the small sliver of the game was amazing to witness. And it was of great value to us, as we’ve received tons of valuable feedback that will influence the development process and the game itself, starting from the gameplay, through the interface, and ending at historical accuracies.
