Watarcade is a collection of arcade style minigames. Either play by yourself and get a new personal high score or play with up to 5 other people in the multiplayer. Also includes a large collection of statistics for both your single player and multiplayer games.
Watarcade 1.10 - Introducing: Yarr Yields
So, I remember saying that updates would come out more frequently. Don't count on that. Anyways, the scope of this update was kinda large. I hope you all enjoy the great additions.
- Added a new hybrid game mode: Yarr Yields. This is a pretty unique game mode. You’re timed and you gotta spend points to make points.
- Added in-game currency. Sorry everyone, it’s here. After playing a non-custom game, a portion of the points earned will be converted into Watarcash (NOTE: Resetting stats does not reset your Watarcash balance)
- Added Fish Tank option. You can now own some permanent fish and feed them whenever you play. Comes with a shop where you can buy these fish and props to decorate your tank. This also will be the background for your Main Menu. Also comes with gambling, ATLANTIS, so you can burn a hole in your wallet and get rid of your Watarcash
- Sea Smash side-star moves ignore terrain only on Crater
- Vortex Voyage no longer makes you move 41% faster when moving diagonally
- Cumulative Team Scores now properly show after multiplayer games
- Made some fixes where a sound would play despite volume being at 0
- Pressing the Highscores button in the Single Player menu now always brings you to the Highscores screen.
- Probably fixed something else
- Fixed jittering issue on Windows 11. I think. It really annoyed me and I found a solution I liked.
- More remnants of the bubble pass have been removed
And since this update took so long, I'll reveal the focus of the next one: Single Player Games Update
