One of the key aspects of the grimdark far future depicted in the Warhammer 40,000 universe is the fact that the Imperium of Man just doesn't care about humans. Humanity as a thing is important, individual people are not - they are at most grist for the endless misery mill which props up the Imperium. Thankfully, Owlcat Games doesn't share that outlook and is asking for fan feedback following the release of its latest DLC for Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader.
