This update adds [b]built-in post processing[/b] to VTube Studio, including effects such as bloom, backlight, lens-distortion and many more!!! You can create [b]effect presets[/b] and switch between them using [b]visual effect hotkeys[/b]. It's a lot of fun, please give it a try!! Windows only. Be careful not to show any personal info if you use this!! [*] [b]VNet: File upload/download rate limiting.[/b] With this, you can set upload/download speed limits to make sure big/long uploads don’t lag your VNet connection (or in the worst case break it entirely). Useful for users with low-bandwidth internet connections. [*] [b]WebP "support".[/b] When you drag in WebP images (.webp) or put them in the “Items” folder, they are automatically converted to .png so they can be loaded in VTube Studio. WebP HATE!!!!! [*] [b]API: [/b] You can now load arbitrary data as item (JPG/PNG) using the ItemLoadRequest after getting special permissions from the user. Also, you can now use the API to pin items to the model and get notified when the model or items were clicked.
