For those who want to use voice commands it is on by default, but it is important that the game window be in focus or it will not work. There are three things to check for if you are having any issues with voice command. 1. The Game window is in Focus (Clicked on) 2. Check windows Audio Settings and make sure the mic is set to your headset. 3. You are on Windows 10 (Voice command uses Windows API). Thanks!
