You can re-roll it infinitely, but once you re-roll it once the other affixes are locked and cannot be re-rolled on that rune. Rune Fusion: You can fuse together 3 unwanted runes to create a new rune. The new rune level, type, and rarity are randomly chosen from the sacrificed runes, but the rarity is also increased by one level.
