Halfquake Trilogy

[b]Welcome to the very first changelog for Halfquake Trilogy![/b] The most important bug (malfunctioning platforms) has not been fixed and probably won't ever be fixed. But here are a bunch of changes that are supposed to distract you from that: * The original MP5 for Halfquake has been found in the archives and faithfully restored. * The green and gray MP5 has been added as separate weapon and distributed throughout Halfquake Amen (where applicable). * You can now easily switch back to the Sword of Sadism (and the "new" MP5) in case you somehow magically acquire the suit in Halfquake Amen. * The crowbar now also looks gray when it's just lying there on the ground. * halfquake: Fixed texture errors in all "repeat" sections near the doors that go into the ground. * halfquake7: Decreased the time it needs for the button near the cogwheel to reset. * halfquake10: You can no longer survive the spike trap by sneaking by at the left or at the right. (Also fixed a lighting issue with the transparent window right before the spike trap.) * hq2_5: To avoid confusion that the spikes killed the player, the 999 points of damage on crush of the platform were removed. The platform can get the player stuck, and to counteract that, a convenient autosave has been added. * hq2_*: Several additional autosaves in Halfquake Amen have been added to alleviate the agonizing pain of getting stuck in platforms due to Half-Life. * hq2_9: The hand kills you now, even if you naughtily stand behind the exit. * hq2_16: The button totem in the middle has been masked with a translucent texture to show that they simply exist to display the progress of the puzzle. * hq2_17 (ambience): Added another crossbow clip at the roots of a tree to help kill alien slaves who would otherwise disturb the player while reading the diary (which is a little rude). (Also fixed some texture alignment of the rocks in this area.) * hq2_23 (sapience): The key for the quest of the painting can no longer be picked up an infinite amount of times, and thus it can no longer cause the universe to collapse. * hq2_27/28 (violence): Fixed being able to get stuck in one of the two platforms (the one with the white spikes). If you still get stuck, make sure to reload one of the fancy new autosaves. * hq2_29 (somos): Fixed flickering texture issues in places where two brushes met at the exact same place (I believe they were just happy to see each other). * hq2_29 (somos): Replaced orange explosions with correct green explosions when Somos dies. * hq2_??: Fixed lighting and content of an easter egg that was previously too dark. * hq3_1: The sound of the rotating evil smileys has been restored. * hq3_5: The king in the chess puzzle is now allowed to move diagonally, as proposed by the World Chess Federation. * hq3_7ii: You can no longer run ahead of the platform in the easy section of the morality intersection. Just sit back, relax, and listen. * hq3_9: The texture of the portal in the destroyed "ambience" map is now exactly the same as in Halfquake Amen. * hq3_9: The sound of the flying spike train has been restored. * hq3_11: Fixed a typo in the text adventure (it now says "ever" instead of "every"). * The default field of view has been upgraded to 105 (we're living in the future now). * A texture misplacement in the intro map has been fixed right at the front door (how embarrassing). * Removed test maps (halfquake_test, hq2_test, hq3_test, etc.) because they have been mistaken as my first attempts at mapping. * Added my actual first attempts at mapping to the map source DLC. * A new secret easter egg can now be found.
