[enhancement] Copying an image by right-clicking in a browser such as Chrome now correctly pastes it from the clipboard to the canvas or layer. [enhancement] Updated webp library. [bugfix] When changing a layer name and confirming without entering any characters, the UI layout was broken. Fixed this bug.
