Here's a quick guide on how to access the Event Viewer and find relevant error logs: [list] [*] Press [b]Windows Key + R[/b] to open the Run dialog. [*] Type [b]eventvwr[/b] and press [b]Enter[/b]. [*] In the Event Viewer window, expand the [b]Windows Logs[/b] section in the left panel. [*] Click on [b]Application[/b] to view a list of application logs.
