Update notes for patch v1.24.11.19.0

OneShot: World Machine Edition

A completely self-contained portable version of one of the highest user-rated games. Built on an entirely new engine with new UI, support for Steam Deck, & more. Features world-bending puzzles, intriguing denizens, surreal environments, and a captivating story about the truth of the game's reality.

v1.24.11.19.0 -Added save redundancy system for most save files, so that 2 backups of save files will be kept in case of issues involving save corruption. -Also added better error handling for loading save files and settings files, which should hopefully take care of the occasional "object reference not set to an instance" bug that was seen occasionally. -Removed Wallpaper and Theme selectors from Customization App since most people change these from the Wallpaper and Theme folders on the desktop anyways. -Added V-sync toggle and "Badge Notifications" toggle to Customization App. -Added option to turn off fullscreen borders on OneShot window when maximized. -Also added another fullscreen scaling option for OneShot window when maximized, "integer", which will scale the oneshot screen to the highest whole number multiple it can fit on the screen (for example, in 1080p resolution it will scale the OneShot screen to 1280x960, a 2x multiple). -Fixed rare softlock that could occur when using the bell in the secret ram room. -Added special characters for European name input screens and Russian name input screen, to better support the languages' characters. -Fixed minor graphical bug where certain rooms (like Maize's room) would show as blank/collision tiles for the first frame of a map transition. -Fixed minor graphical bug where fireflies wouldn't show up in Glen maps until 2 frames after the map transition began.
