Turn-based mode added to game!

This update brings several quality of life improvements along with the addition of turn-based mode. Only the most hardcore should attempt turn-based without teleports - unlike the arcade version, you only move at the same speed as your enemies! Four new achievements have been added for this mode, taking the total possibly achievements up to 20. The menu screen has received a major addition of shininess and a couple of little additions that should make the game more enjoyable - like a visual indicator and tiny pause when you teleport, and a timer bar for when you receive extra points just for surviving (that doesn't last forever or you could just lead the last remaining enemy a merry dance while racking up points, and that would never do!)
