[b]Why did we decide to make our own game?[/b]
Sitting in Discord on long evenings, we caught ourselves that we wanted to mix elements of different genres to create an unusual project with high replayability, playing which we would not lose interest. We were inspired by projects that are already on Steam - the main inspirations for us were the mastodons in the world of card roguelikes, such as Slay The Spire and Knock on the Coffin Lid. Taking the ideas that we liked, we combined them with what will allow us to attract players from other genres.
[b]So what is Treasure Atlas?[/b]
It is a card roguelike with RPG elements. The features that we decided to add to our game are an open world with a procedurally generated map, where you decide where to go and with whom to fight. Along the way you will encounter events that complicate or simplify the adventure, you will have to create your own character and choose a class for it, affecting the combat system, which we filled with a new vision.
The development of the game began more than a year ago. In the near future, our project will be ready to open early access. Why did we decide to choose early access? Throughout the year, the project was improved by our team day by day. Now we want to get feedback on the work done from you. During early access, we will listen to your ideas and suggestions in order to make the best game together.
