Discover the truth about Quern’s past, unfold the mysteries of its present, and be the explorer who shapes its future. Quern introduces reusable puzzle mechanics to the classic genre, making the player think about the game as a whole, and not just as a series of individual challenges.
Hey guys!
We’ve spent the last few months polishing Quern based on your feedback in reviews and our Discussions page. We seem to have tackled all kinds of technical issues and managed to bring the Quern experience for more people around the world by including four new languages: German, Italian, Russian and Spanish players now can enjoy the game in their mother tongue! We also implemented Steam trading cards.
If you run into any bug in the game please be sure to start a thread about it here or email us about it at feedback@querngame.com

[*]German, Italian, Russian and Spanish languages added!
[*]Trading cards are now available!
[*]We (hopefully) fixed the problem some OS X players experienced where the inventory and the letters menu were completely black.
[*]Some of you requested the completely strange feature to be able to climb DOWN the ladders. Now it is possible.
[*]Even less places to jump out of the world and get stuck.
[*]Notebook images now don’t lose quality after loading the game.
[*]Sad news for speedrunners: saving and loading during the first few seconds now doesn’t let you skip most of the game. Time to find new tricks :)
[*]There is now an option to adjust the volume of your footsteps and jumps.
[*]The swamp isles saves a bit more of your work in case you forgot something there and want to return later.
[*]The ladder in the north shore now doesn’t look like you can put in a few axes and still be able to climb it.
[*]Optimization of the Alchemy and Botany area
