After a year of the game been released, I decided to show my true face with everyone. First, I want to clear, we have read every commends that reached us. The reason we didn’t jump out and share how we design the game often is because we believed what player understand the game is also a part of game play. And a year passed, the loneness of creating made me want to talk about it. You guys can understand it, right! “Life is not only about the immediate survival but also about poetry and gaining wider perspectives.” This is the most impressed commend that I have read. Back when I creating the characters, I kept thinking how people of big sis type will end? After the story, she will need go though much harder road to be like others, to be “normal”. The TV or magazine shows a lot of example said poor people became rich and powerful with their hard work. But to compare with the total mount, it still very few. Maybe because I am a pessimistic. But it makes me wonder, is it worth to strive in this unfair world? “She chose giving up, but you didn’t.” I am not really understanding the reason to strive. It’s like I chose giving up protesting the unfair competition I joined. But I received so many commends saying big sis should live, even there’s only painted road waiting for her. I think though it, struggle with them, and finally I made this new ending. It may not really happen, but it is a hope. “We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.” It is a quote I really like by an Irish writer, Oscar Wilde. Life is harder then games, but we still need to stand up and keep walking. Finally, thanks for your time to reading here. I am looking forward to seeing you with other works in the future.
