Pineapple is a puzzle and story-revenge-driven game where you become the hero of the school by pulling pranks on the top bully. Time to give that witch a taste of their own medicine. With a pineapple.
To make Pineapple happen, we've teamed up with the best crew out there. As always. Indie studios like ours might not have a lot of luxuries, but one thing we love is picking our team.
From the get-go, we knew we wanted to work with our pals at Devilish Games. They don't just make cool, original games—they're also some of the best people around. Seriously, they know their stuff and are super pro.
And to this awesome crew, we got to bring in the skills of David Octane (Art), Xavi Paradis (Music), and Rocío (Marketing).
Anaïs
Anaïs Salla, who holds a degree in game production and design, has quickly made her mark in the industry. Despite her relatively short tenure, she has contributed to numerous indie, educational, serious, and advertising games. Currently, she is developing her own indie game, Nom Nom: Cozy Forest Café. If you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check it out.
Anaïs has assisted us in designing our challenges, accomplishing what we found very difficult: creating games with simple, engaging mechanics that avoid player frustration.
David Octane
David Octane is an illustrator and animator based in Barcelona, working both locally and internationally with clothing brands, digital agencies, music bands, cultural events, animation studios, and more. He also develops his own diverse projects and is always open to new creative approaches.
David has played a key role in helping us define the style we wanted. Deliberately drawing in a way that looks intentionally imperfect is no easy feat, but David excels at it. His talent, enthusiasm, and energy shine through in everything he does. He helped us achieve the perfect look for Pineapple: carefree, cartoonish, edgy, colorful—truly unique. Everything you see is handmade. Old school. A genius. It’s been a privilege to have him on this project.
Xavier Paradis
Xavier Paradis is a veteran producer, composer, and sound designer with over a decade of experience across various genres including electronic, rock, synth-pop, classical, and jazz. He’s earned recognition in the Spanish and European indie scenes through personal projects and collaborations, with awards from Vicious Music Awards, Berlin Music Video Awards, and Demoscópicas de Mondosonoro. Paradis has performed at major festivals like Primavera Sound, SXSW, and Eurosonic, and has been featured in creative programs such as the European Talent Exchange Programme. His work spans cinema, art installations, and immersive exhibitions, and he specializes in video game music and sound design, collaborating with studios like Drakhar Studio, Peak Games, and Small Detour.
Xavi is our prodigal "son". From Canada he has once again put his talent at the service of our project. And once again he has outdone himself. The version of Wooly Bully by Sam The Sham & The Pharaohs is sublime. But if in addition to talent you have passion for what you do, these things happen. We had a hard time finding the right tone for the soundtrack: not too childish, not too serious. Tropical but not too much. Comic but rogue. Few can face such a briefing and create a soundtrack so, so... perfect?

Rocío has been indispensable to us, handling everything from crafting our trailer and setting up our Steam page to organizing our Steam Next Fest stream and managing our social media. Her advice and insights have been incredibly valuable. Rocío is a true gem—well-polished and exceptional in every way.
