The noise of horns, the number of cars, and the rat race must cause a lot of stress, which has to be relieved. People sometimes do stupid things. As a surveillance officer, you will gonna see a lot![/h3] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/32101305/8362929026666be8941642868c77029d03116468.gif[/img] I've set the trashcan on fire, and what are you going to do? It's quite dangerous to play with fire. Police must be not so eager to fight the crime here if you can stay and don't care about being caught. People mostly prefer to mind their own business and someone lying on the sidewalk (maybe dead?) can be a problem. It's easier to just run away from the problem. Some of the graffitis are quite funny, others bizarre but all of them damage the buildings. Still, it is on you to report that.
