[p]Hi everyone, I’m Haohao, a chronic procrastinator.[/p][p]It took me ages, but finally, I’ve managed to release the demo for [i]The Randomly Jerk Simulator[/i] (though it’s still quite rough).[/p][p]Of course, part of why it took so long might be because the real-life inspiration for this game’s main character has actually been behaving pretty well lately—he knows to put extra meat when cooking for his dad now, and isn’t constantly moving his father’s stuff into his own place while leaving behind junk… So honestly, my motivation to roast him through this game has sort of dwindled a bit.[/p][p]But regardless, with this demo out, the project has entered a new phase – congratulations all around![/p][p]However, the current version only contains about 1/20 of what I envision for the final game. So, my plan is to keep updating the demo continuously. Only after most major mechanics have been showcased in the demo, and after I’ve cleared away the massive mountain of spaghetti code piled inside it, will I start seriously working on the full version.
