Thank you for playing Labyrinth's Scream Fest Demo! + Upcoming Roadmap

Hello everyone, We wanted to give a sincere thank you to everyone who has played Labyrinth's demo during the Scream Fest. The support we've received has been unbelievable, and it's been amazing to see the feedback for the game and how widespread acclaim for it has been. As mentioned, we have removed our demo from Steam for the time being (current players will retain access) - please do not worry though, the demo will return sometime soon! In the meantime, the feedback from everyone has been hugely appreciated. Here are some things we are working on addressing, which should rear their heads around for the full release (or the next public demo!):

Recovery Item Balancing
Stamina/Sprinting Balancing
UI & Visibility Improvements
Hardcore Mode
Sound Design Tweaks/Improvements
Combat Smoothing / AI Tweaks
Collision Fixes
Options Improvements - Vsync, Keybinding, etc.
Once thing we'd like to address is we have heard worries from our discord community regarding our desire to make certain improvements to the game based on feedback; so everyone knows, we have no plans to change the core gameplay of course. Our design philosophy is very set in stone; that being said, much of the feedback we received was very valid and missed/overlooked during our testing process - things such as the UI being hard to read at times, or combat being easily cheesed. These are all things which we would like to fix to ensure an optimal experience for everyone. Essentially, our goal is for the next version of the game which everyone plays to simply be an even better version of what you've played already - not an entirely new game as some people may be concerned about. Once again, we can't thank everyone enough for playing the demo, and supporting the game. We'll have more news soon on the revamped demo as well as our launch window. See you all soon!
