We've acknowledged the issues with the lives and spectating system in Chapter 1, especially concerning game completion. We have currently disabled it temporarily until we can fix these problems. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and you should now be able to finish the game without any issues! All the other improvements from the last update are still in the game.
