We have been trying to get the current situation best solved for all F2P owners and to transition everybody to The Ultimate Edition. The issue is that there are too many mixed owners of the F2P owners and it's hard to solve this on the Steam Backend as the game has quite a history from the last years. With this in mind we have agreed to offer every owner of the Free to Play version a one-time steep discount during next week's special sale.
