Set BPM feature, disable visuals behind UI, plus small fixes

Two feature requests fulfilled this week, and several bug-fixes. Keep reporting / requesting them!
For this update we have 2 new features:
- It's now possible to set the BPM directly from the "Set" tab. It even has a "with audio" feature that still uses our automatic bpm detection algoritm to precisely line up the given BPM to the beats! (thanks zeepkoe & Henk for the request) - To accomodate lower spec machines it's now possible to forego eye-candy & always having an eye on what's on-screen, and disable visuals rendering behind the UI. This should make AI VJ run with almost the same performance with a second display as it does with a single (thanks for the request Habbening) You can find it in the Main menu, under Display!
And several smaller fixes:
- No more (rare) crashes on starting AI VJ when having disconnected a saved audio input device. It now defaults to auto-detect in that case (thanks for reporting zeepkoe) - When tapping the beat, you now get a warning if you tap slower than once per second and it assumes you've stopped tapping (thanks for reporting Anne) - "Exit" within the menu is now called "Exit AI VJ" for clarity (thanks for reporting Anne)
Join us on Discord!:
Feature requests & bug reports are welcome.
