Hi! We at Mens Sana Interactive are developing a story-based game called Christine. We admire the story of Phantom of the Opera, both the book by Gaston Leroux and the musical by Andrew Lloyd Weber. It allows for many reflections, which may suggest anything from a love triangle to classic myths about human nature. The heroine of the story, Christine, faces deep conflicts that define her destiny. That motivated us to create a story inspired by elements of that character's life, in a nowadays context: Christine is a young orphan who works at the Paris Opera, with an unexplored talent for singing. Is it worth facing her fears to pursue her goal? This indie game is an interactive story with a unique musical score, where you will follow the defining year in Christine's quest for her dreams. It is a work in progress and there is still a lot to be developed. But the team is passionate about the project and wishes to share its progress here at the Community Hub.
