As a sandbox action game, there are many ways you can crush the rampaging robo bosses in the demo. Follow these tips and you’ll become a master Battle Builder. 1. 🔨Weapon Crafting 101 Throwing punches at a colossal computer? Cute, but not that effective. Quick press LB (or 1 on your keyboard) to build a factory, toss in some metal, and you’ve got a shiny new weapon! There are a dozen weapons waiting for you to try in the demo. 2. ⚙️Factory Fusion Hungry for more firepower? Connect your factories by grabbing the cable from one factory and plugging it into another factory. Two red factories will whip up the explosive Bomb Buster. Link three blue ones to make the dual-bladed Durandal. Check out our cheat sheet to see all of the weapons you can craft. 3. ⚡Unleash an Ultimate Attack Stun those rogue robots by keeping the pressure on them. Once a robot boss is winded, hold the attack button to unleash your Ultimate Attack. Pro Tip: Build machines with RB (or Tab to change between machines and factories on your keyboard) and load your crafted weapons into them to pile on damage. 4.🔌Zap 'Em with the Zapparatus When you get to the Typewriter boss, you’ll gain a shocking new tool: The Zapparatus. Connect this to your chain of factories to make an electric fence whenever you craft a weapon. Try beating the rowdy Typewriter by trapping it in an electrifying maze made out of your factories and the Zapparatus. 5. 🌀The Bumpinator is a Double Duty Dynamo Deploy the Bumpinator! Use its bounce to shield yourself from an oncoming attack or amplify your weapon's fury. A flung weapon that ricochets off the Bumpinator does extra damage.
