WRC is the leading off-road simulation franchise. It returns with even more realistic gameplay and more content than ever: 3 new rallies, 35 new special stages, creation of your own custom championships and completely redesigned engine sounds.
The esports WRC 2020 World Finals, which had previously been delayed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, took place in Ypres, Belgium, on Saturday night, shortly after the second day of Renties Ypres Rally Belgium came to a conclusion on the close-by stages.
Six finalists arrived at Saturday’s climax to the season following 11 regular season rounds which attracted more than 15,000 gamers.
Following an initial morning qualification session, the six were cut to four for the televised final, which consisted of three stages – Felgueiras from Vodafone Rally de Portugal, Nagakute from FORUM8 Rally Japan and Te Akau South in New Zealand.
