Review:
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who joined our adventure, providing us with valuable feedback. I hope that the modifications made correspond to your desires and that other users like you will provide their feedback so that I can make Otherligths a game that you like as much as we do.
What additions and changes have we made since the Early Access release on October 29, 2024?
-A lot of work has been done on the dynamism of the game through:
An increase in movement speed
Optimization of animations to make them more direct
Balancing dodging and combat movements
Most spells are affected by attack speed
Difficulty adjustments.
-Many interface adjustments to improve the ergonomics and readability of the interface, particularly with the common update which completely changes the interface.
-One of the getting started with the resumption of the tutorial mission "The Traveler", as well as additional indications and explanations.
-Additions of atmosphere and scenario with additional NPCs and environmental details.
-An addition of diversity with:
On average 4 variations on 7 bosses
New events in “Quest for the Sun”
New monsters: The digger crab; The Lymartre; The Sampyris
And even new items, new types and new attacks for enemies.
-The addition of Remote Play Together so you can play with your friends online without them even owning the game!
-Bug fixes that the distribution of the game made it possible to achieve.

Local cooperation is Otherlights' strong point. There are many quality Action RPGs, but few allow you to explore them in the presence of fiends & family.
During the Steam Couch Coop Festival from February 10 to 17, a new demo will be available for free and a -35% reduction will be made on the price of the game!

Many elements of "The Quest for the Sun - Part 2" have already been completed and its production is our next goal!
Patch Note:
Total redesign of the interface offering:
- a new aesthetic
- better readability
- better ergonomics
- character development
Fates no longer affect starting items, characters now start with their equipment.
As a result, many items were balanced or created in starting versions to match the start of the game.
Some characters have an accessory or other objects depending on their story.
The game modes "Versus" and "Versus - Starting Destiny" are now the same game mode.
Changed fighting styles:
-Throws of simple daggers (boomerang daggers excepted) grant the Fury effect (+5% attack speed x5 max.).
-The following attacks have been balanced and consume Fury to gain +50% damage per stack:
Jump attack with Dagger 200% weapon damage (formerly dash)
Charge with Shield + Dagger
Jump attack with Dagger + Dagger 150%x2 weapon damage
Spell modification:
-Boomerang dagger gains increased damage: 50% => 75%.
-Assassination(Dagger) gains consume Fury but has reduced damage: 500% => 350%.
-Chaining is faster.
