Regarding inoperable controls in certain environments, if you experience issues with controller or keyboard responsiveness, please try the following steps: 1. On the Steam client, check if "Enable Steam Input" is selected in the "Controller" section of "Properties." 2. In the launcher, open "Settings" and go to "Controls," then press "Initialize key configuration" to reset the keys. *Note: Key and graphic settings are saved individually for each title. 3. If the controller does not respond, try closing the game and reopening it. 4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please delete the following data and try reinstalling: “C:\Users[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Edia\ValisCollection” 5. In the game, only the "Start/Pause button" works on the title screen, and only the "Movie Skip button" is responsive during visual scenes. Please note that other buttons will not respond. 6. If controls become unresponsive during gameplay, the game might be paused. Press the "Start/Pause button" to check if control is restored.
