The resolutions that are selectable via the Graphics Settings are dependent on the main display settings of the monitor that is being used.
For dual monitors, if you are unable to select the highest resolution from the Graphics Settings, please check the main display settings.
Regarding graphics options, additional adjustments are planned to be gradually added via future patches.
