1) Plane crash event now only triggers when there is a state airline policy enabled. 2) Fixed minor cosmetic issue with the rendering of some policy icons after just being cancelled on the intel screen. 3) Major update focusing on optimisation for rendering the game on low spec intel graphics cards, for much better framerate. 4) Update to starting game conditions for the USA to include the more up to date value for government debt (big change!). 5) Changed the settings for Poland to fix disproportionate number of wealthy citizens at start.
