Proximity voice chat

Proximity voice chat has been added. People can now squeak and scream at each other in-game. Proximity chat can be modified/changed by clicking on any player icon in the lobby where two of the pop-ups will allow for muting a player, and changing their volume. Using the mute button on ones own icon will stop others from hearing the one muting themselves. Self muting is persistent across games, meaning if you don't wish for people to hear you, you can use this toggle button once and forget about it. Player icons will no longer be a redirect to their steam profile, this feature has been moved to a button pop-up that appears when you click on their icon. The last pop-up element is only available to the host, allowing the host to kick a player from the lobby. (Uncertain) Fixed a bug where player icons would not load when connecting to a lobby. The system for synchronizing steam profile data has been rewritten, it should now be faster and hopefully be a fix for the issue where icons would not load upon lobby hopping/changing lobbies frequently.
