[b]Primals are the inhabitants of the Rift.[/b] Some will fight for you, while others will fight against you. Either way, you'll meet them in battle. [b]You can find new Primals for your team on special 'Recruitment' islands during runs.[/b] You can also exchange money for them at Esurius the Talking Panda's shop. [b]Tier I Primals let you create simple strategies[/b], like the Fungler below, who enables you to spawn a bush behind enemy lines and use it to deal damage... However, they also open up new attack possibilities. [/b]Cornus, below, uses a powerful AoE attack... New synergistic strategies will come naturally to you. How about freezing water, luring enemies onto the ice and then melting it beneath them? Hmm... Plus, it's not like Primals are just living chess pieces. They have their own personalities. Upon recruiting them, they'll spark a conversation with you.
