Hi there, everyone! I thought I would announce that the price of The Silent Column has officially been lowered to $9.99! Originally, The Silent Column was $11.99, and I felt the price was appropriate due to... the time it took to develop the project, the project's word count of 260,000 words, the number of unique art assets in the visual novel, personal bias, recency bias, general inexperience, and trying to account for inflation. However, after distancing myself from the project for a while, I'm no longer comfortable with that high of a price-point, and have decided to lower it to $9.99. The original price seemed just a bit too high, to me. I apologize to the early buyers but also thank them for their understanding - it can simply be difficult to set the price of a game properly, the first time, especially when I don't have much experience. I think this new price is more appropriate and I hope people will enjoy it! Take care!
