[p]Hey,[/p][p]Excised is being developed by two brothers. [i]We are ~3 years into development and are now ready to share some of what we've been working on. [/i][/p][p][/p][p]This November - definitely before the end of the year - there will be a playtest for Excised.[/p][p]One of our goals is to capture the magic of 2000-2010 games, so Excised is a little experimental, and therefore this initial feedback will be extremely useful - particularly for testing our complex A.I.[/p][p][/p][p]So be on the look out for that announcement. It will be after we put the final touches into it - when it is ready.[/p][p]Any play-testers that provide constructive feedback can be put into the credits![/p][p][/p][p][img src="{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44385789/037cd67521e8feb38c22d916306e99c6156327b4.png"][/img][/p][p][/p][p]- We've made great progress on the game this year, including:[/p][list][*][p] Finalized most of the enemies for the whole game, only a couple more need to be finished.[/p][/*][*][p]Most of the AI is done, except for some extra details. [/p][/*][*][p]Got the visual style to more explicitly show the graphic novel influences.[/p][/*][*][p]Completed most of the weapons and tools - here are some:[/p][/*][/list][p][img src="{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44385789/c71acf629212fe7b21d7181fd7d12feb43a67577.png"][/img][/p][p]Really, we've done too much to summarize in a list.[/p][p]The main obstacles we have left to do (for the entire game) is to finish the levels, polishing, balancing, detailing, and scripting story events.
