This is a minor hotfix to resolve a quick-to-fix crash that was able to be diagnosed and fixed as a result of the crash reporter that was added in the previous patch. It also resolves a couple gameplay issues that crept into the previous patch.

[*]Fixed a client crash that could occur when transitioning from the loading screen into the game when joining a game already in progress. This was the single biggest offender of crashes that have been submitted so far through the crash reporter.
[*]Fixed a bug that prevented the "warning blare" to be played when the enemy team has capured all of the beacons on the map.
