[*] Fixed an issue where torches in the goblin base stopped burning after a while

[*] Moved that one lever that was unreachable (Oops!)

[*] Price of torch lowered from 10 to 6
[*] Lowered damage of Axe Swing traps
[*] Whisper sounds of speaking stone lowered
[*] Enemies stunned now only apply diminishing returns if they are bigly stunned
