[*] Fixed an issue in Market Streets where a ball lost in the final battle area would not respawn properly. [*] Added Boss Bounty to Ranked play: defeat the boss and the bounty goes up. [*] Fixed an issue Fleeing playfields where you'd appear in an unexpected place on the Map. [*] Ensured all Mysterious Holes are accessible (not blocked by scenery). [*] Added voice emotes to Kid NPCs in Cheapside.
