Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge

- Mac Steam achievements fixed - Steam cloud save enabled for Windows->Windows, Windows->Linux, Linux -> Linux, Linux -> Windows, Mac -> Mac - "Esc" Key pressed on titlescreen will open settings in fullscreen mode (useful to fix unappropriate windows settings)
