As of December 4, 2016, the online services portion of Batman: Arkham Origins will be retired. We thank those that have joined us to battle over the last 3 years. The Single player campaign may still be played and enjoyed offline.

We have just pushed a new patch that may address the crash that some users are experiencing at the opening of the game (when Batman first appears and begins to turn around).
If you are able to try the new release, please let us know if it is working for you or not. There is a pinned forum thread titled "Help Track Down Game Crashing/Freezing" that you can add to.
