We're proud to announce that [b]we'll be part of Gamescom again in 2021 and this year we'll even be part of the Indie Arena Booth![/b]
Gamescom will open its doors on Wednesday, August 25th at 10 pm CEST, so get ready to storm the doors and enter the virtual convention!
You'll find our The Cost of Recovery booth in the BMVI section (aka The Funbox) of the Indie Arena Booth, so come over to check it out and say hello!
This year, we also wanted to offer you a bit more content and interactivity, so we got a ton of dev streams planned. You can find an overview of all our streams ahead, but here's also a little more insight.

DEV STREAM: HAVEN PARK[/b]
We're happy to announce that [url=https://twitter.com/tobiasgrf]Tobias Graff[/url] from Mooneye Studios (developers of Lost Ember, publishers of Haven Park) will be joining us to introduce their new game Haven Park, which will also be exhibited at the Indie Arena Booth.
He will offer some commentary as we play the first 20 minutes of Haven Park. Afterward, we'll have a short discussion about conveying emotions through video games, giving you more insight on how we're expressing specific emotions in our games.

IFgameSH WATCH PARTY: TACKLING DIFFICULT TOPICS IN GAMES[/b]
[url=https://twitter.com/IFgameSH]IFgameSH[/url] is a regional game dev initiative that regularly hosts the "Next Level Gaming Sessions" with guests from the indie dev scene. This time they'll talk about Serious Games and welcome [url=https://twitter.com/freejsf]Jörg Friedrich[/url] (Paintbucket Games, „Through The Darkest of Times“), Catharina Bøhler ([url=https://twitter.com/sareptastudio]Sarepta Studio[/url], „My Child Lebensborn“), and Raul Carjaval (director of production at [url=https://twitter.com/G4C]Games for Change[/url]) for that.
We'll have a short pre-show before their stream starts and introduce the topic and guests before we host IFgameSHs stream.

On Friday we'll be joined by [url=https://twitter.com/schoendominik]Dominik Schön[/url] from Kaleidoscube (developers of A Juggler's Tale) – they also have their own booth, so check their game out!
We will try the demo for A Juggler's Tale (that you can also try out during the event!) before we go into a discussion on "putting the fun in meaningful games" and talk about our approaches to making our narrative games fun.
