Nofio devices software:
Bugfix: USB virtualization and comms between nofio head and Valve Index.
- Tracking initialization improvements for the Valve Index.
- Index USB devices connection (Index-nofio) to restart when necessary.
- This should resolve when tracking does not start as SteamVR starts.
- nofio base power cycle allows for tracking to resume as normal
